The Art of Healing from the Heart

My journey as a Curandera started over 24 years ago with bodywork. Helping people with their physical struggles thru strategic and intuitive touch my clients ease their pain facilitating their movement, encouraging healing and a better quality of life.

My previous work history includes working for Planned Parenthood for 10 years as a Sexual Health Educator in the Education department. I specialized in women’s health. My experience there was the beginning of the love I have for helping peoples. Empowering the community thru education, counseling and outreach.

From there, I worked as a birth doula assisting midwives during delivery. Such a beautiful and fulfilling experience. I focused on creating emotional and informational support to a person and their families before, during and shortly after. Creating a safe space solely focused on the well-being and comfort of the mother and their partner throughout the pregnancy and delivery. Helping with comfort measures like massage, breathing techniques, and advocacy for the birthing mother.

My work as a professional bodyworker focused on helping my clients healing their bodies. My unique holistic manual therapy approach allows balance the bodies musculoskeletal, nervous, and energetic system to improve posture, movement, and overall well-being.

Now as a professional mental health intuitive and family constellation therapist, my area of interest include working with my client's healing beyond the individual, transforming family relationship, and fostering personal growth. I connect with my clients honoring their feelings, looking for the root of the problem and to further enhance their personal healing of mind, body, and soul.

My areas of interest outside of this work includes my devotion to my spiritual practice of Aztec Danza, dancing in general, my family and traveling. I appreciate the arts and connecting with people learning from their experiences and I am a big supporter of my community. I am extremely grateful for my journey. The lessons I’ve learned and the teachers I’ve had, my family and friends Creator has put in my path all led to and helped mold, embrace and empower the woman I am today.
